The flowers that I ordered ended up looking almost identical to what the picture online looked like! AND they had same day delivery on a Saturday (which was amazing! I came to find out that it’s not common for most flower shops to offer that on weekends… and they had the best flowers to pick from for same day delivery BY FAR) And the woman who had answered all of my phone calls when I had a question, or in my case, had a last minute request to add something on the note card that is delivered with the flowers, and she was so kind and willing to be helpful! I also appreciate that she never made me feel like a bother for calling her 3 times for different things! Great experience. Ordered recently and Erin called to let me know the sunflowers that she had received were not up to her standards and would be replaced with a different flower to retain quality. Great customer service! Appreciate her ensuring the delivered arrangement met expectations.

I was so impressed that Simply Flowers was able to design and deliver a Mother's Day bouquet for a last minute order. I picked it out on Saturday morning and it arrived a few hours later! The website pointed out that it was extremely busy and they may not be able to make the exact arrangement chosen, but would design it to the standard ordered. My mother was so pleased, she sent me a picture and it was lovely. I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you so much for your great service!
