The bouquet pictured appears to be spilling over the container, which I liked. The one I received was more contained in the container. The picture appears to have fresh juniper sprigs and the one I receive had plastic ones. The flowers are lovely, however, and the recipient was happy. The delivery was on time and overall would purchase from Simply Flowers again. ----Response: Hello Cheryl, The arrangement designed for you was upgraded on your behalf. We designed it in a larger barnwood box to accommodate your upgrade. I’m sorry it didn’t flow over as you were hoping. Unfortunately Juniper is not readily available right now. We do our best when substitutions are required, to ensure the original integrity of the pictured arrangement. We use only the freshest flowers and product available. NEVER do we ever use plastic anything in any of our arrangements. We are sticklers when it comes to design and quality. I’m not sure what you thought was plastic (other than the liner inside the barnwood box). But you can rest assured it certainly was not. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. I hear rave reviews about the flowers sent from simply flowers. I will use them again to send my friends flowers
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Once we have scheduled your order for delivery, you will receive a text notification once your order is picked up by your driver. You can track the delivery by clicking on the link in the text message sent to you. Your driver will attempt hand delivery by knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. If there is no answer, they will place the order in a protected area near the front door or where you specify and you will receive a text photo of the delivery. Once the delivery has been made and it is no longer in our possession, it is up to you to ensure your gift has been received by the recipient. We are not liable once the delivery has taken place. We recommend giving a little text nudge to notify them of something special on their doorstep.
