As always the flowers from Simply Flowers are spectacular, my aunt sent a very nice text saying the arrangement is beautiful and the house smells like Christmas, however it was delivered with door dash and left on their porch in the 35 degree temperature, which was disappointing. ---- Florist's Response: Hi George. Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your arrangement from Simply Flowers and are grateful for your business! To make things clear, we keep our flower cooler at 36*, so as long as the outside temperature isn't at or below freezing, the flowers will thrive and be just fine. We always keep weather conditions in mind when sending out deliveries. We use DoorDash Drive service to fulfill our high volume delivery needs. Since Covid, no one wants to work. Our hands were tied, but we have had great success in using their delivery service. It's fast and efficient and a great tool for our business and customers needs. We hope this clarifies any concerns.
