Please read the entire review. The flowers showed up with the Petals falling off no greenery that was in the image on the order. I ordered the middle level with added flowers and it seems like they removed flowers. The first time I ordered flowers from simply flowers I was let down. I tried a second time to try to support local business and I was let down again. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and she was understanding and professional. She made the order right and retained a customer. I will continue to use this shop.

The recipient of the arrangement sent a picture to me and it was beautiful—-exactly the quality I saw online when ordering. Delivery was same day. Fortunately, the recipient had looked outside the front door for another expected delivery and found the arrangement. If they had not done this, I am fearful the flowers would have froze. The recipient never received a text or call about the delivery. However...it did work out fine and they are thrilled with their beautiful “ thank you“ arrangement!
