Customize Your Fresh Flower Subscription Subscription

Your first subscription will come designed in a vase. Each order afterward will come beautifully wrapped and will include care and cutting instructions to be placed in the initial vase provided. Each bouquet will be different and highlight the season/holiday it surrounds. Using only fresh flowers and unique elements to make your gift giving experience exceptional.

You will be billed 5 days before your scheduled date

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
